29/M/single/born in South Korea currently living in Auckland New Zealand arriving in Joondalup to join the Police academy in January.
Since new to the country, would be nice to find a room that is fully furnished, includes utilities, internet and parking. Also would be nice to have a private ensuite.
A qualified personal trainer so happy to sort out the eating plan and a taylor made training programme.
Happy to pay around $150~$200 pw.
