My housemate has just moved out to live with her boyfriend so im looking for an awesum person to fill her room :)   
 
We are really easy going, chilled ppl but love to have fun.  We are amy (22) works full time in the city and wayne (23) who works as a chef =)  We are really outgoing and enjoy socialising .. we try to keep thing quiet during the week but on the weekends we dont mind having a drink or two :)  We have both lived in share houses for years!
 
Ok what we are looking for ...  We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, tidy and FUN :)  we aren’t clean freaks but we are tidy so we'd prefer someone who is the same...  we like noise :) so if you would like a real quiet house, then this isnt the house for you ...  Please no couples ... we would prefer someone who can speak english well :)
 
The house is a Huge 3x2 ...  with a great outdoor area :)  you room is a double room with a built in robe :)  the room has some furniture in it so if you dont have your own your very welcome to use it ..or if you do have you own thats fine too :)  The house is close to the shops, public transport, curtin uni, tafe and about a 10 minute drive to the city.Waterford is right next to Vic Park, Como, Karawarra, Manning, Applecross ....
