 Hi, We are 3 working Irish guys in mid-twenties living in a large 5 bed house with 2 Double rooms to rent. There are 2 living areas, 3 bathrooms, Garage parking , 25 metre pool and a  very large back garden which gets the sun all day. It's situated on a quiet street just off the west coast highway. We are at comfortable walking distance from Ocean village shopping centre and the bus terminal to Perth city which is route 92(takes 25 mins).The beach is a 3 minute walk at best. The first Double room is on the ground floor next door to the bathroom, with doors opening to pool area. That room is available for $150 per week.  The second Double room is on the upstairs level. This room has en-suite bathroom , a large walk-in wardrobe, doors opening onto terrace/balcony with pool and sea view's. There is also a foxtel connection in it. That room is available for $180 per week... We are 3 friendly/easy going lads who are easy to get on with, we are preferably looking for 2 girls to get a nice balance going but we welcome any takers.
