We are a 40+ professional couple with a child at Primary School in Fremantle and a live-in nanny. We are looking for a 3 or 4 bed house with two living areas and two bathrooms in either Fremantle, Beaconsfield, White Gum Valley, Hamilton Hill (west of Carrington St), Bicton, Palymyra or East Fremantle. Ideally we would like a double garage but a single garage would suffice - it must be a garage not a carport.

We must find somewhere before 8th December but can move in immediately.

We need a lease of at least 12 months and are willing to pay up to $600 a week depending on the location and the house.

We have two guinea pigs that live in a cage outside (and would like grass to have a run about on)

We're non-smokers and can provide employer and landlord references.
