We are a family seeking a rent to buy house in any of the following areas:
Mirrabooka,Westminster,Balga, and close surrounding areas.
We are a mature couple, both employed and we have two older daughters.
We are well and truly fed up of real estates and trying to find a really nice home to rent.
We have two small dogs both behaviour trained and mature.
Need a 4 bed, 2 bathroom home pref before christmas.
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SERIOUS OFFER WITHIN OUR CRITERIA.
We have posted before and just been 'led along' by others who after a lot of questions never followed through and did not reply to emails.We are seriously interested in this method of house purchase and we are first home buyers.
Could manage small deposit if required.
We would also consider a regular rental if available and are excellent tenants.
