Hi,

I am a 19 yo law student at UWA seeking an apartment to rent during the year. I need the apartment/unit by Febuary 2010 but am willing to lease it now if required.
I am a clean living, non-smoking, non pet owner keen on renting in the nedlands/wembley area. I can provide references for the last 2 renting years from realators, willing to pay a bond, rent in advance and my parents are willing to act as guarantors.

I am recieving a full accomodation scholarship, on youth allowance and work part-time.

I would like to pay up to $180 but realistically am willing to pay up to $250 if the apartment is really appealing (ie. has a second bedroom/study ect.)

Please let me know if you own an apartment suitable, I am happy to hear from anyone.
