We are 2 fellas 21 looking for a house mate, we have a furnished room available to anyone who is clean tidy and likes to have a good time.
The room in furnished with the basics, however this can be removed if needed.
Everything else needed for a house is supplied, eg : fridge, washing machine, and all that gear.
The house has 1 bathroom but 2 toilets.
its about 5 mins from the beach, 10 mins from the city, and public transport around the corner.
Its in swanbourne, rite near claremont and cottesloe.
there is a garage for storage
internet and computer available.
we are easy going fellas who have a good time.. both work full time, and enjoy a few beers. and we keep the house clean and tidy.
