hi,

i have been in my house for the past 8yrs and have had recent news from owners that they will be bulldozing and rebuilding in about 6mths. i have painted the inside of house at my expense and kept the garden n lawns beautiful as i am a horticulturist. i am a 44yrs handy female with 2 very beautiful no trouble dogs, an 8yr rottixheeler and a 6yr minipincter who r my family and extremely well behaved.

i have been lucky as i only pay $360.00 p-ftn with 2hr gardening p- f/nite @ owners hse 2 keep rent reasonable. i am looking to rent within that price range if possible.

i have references if required.
