Hello, My name is Lauren and I am starting up childrens music classes in the New Year and I am looking to secure a suitable venue.

I require the space (preferably) Monday and Tuesday mornings from around 9am - 12pm every week through term, with the possibilty of a day or two a week in school holidays.

I do not wish to pay more than $20 an hour.

I will be running classes of 45min duration consisting of singing, dancing, instrument play, reading etc.

The venue I am seeking needs to be climate controlled (as there will be babies in attendance) as well as having sufficient natural light. Ample parking and easy access are essential, as well as access to clean amenities.

If you own such a venue or can direct me towards anyone who is, your assitance is greatly appreciated.
