Looking for a place to construct yurt in Hills area of Perth

Hello,

I am a mature postgraduate student from the States who will be working on a research project for 36 months in the Perth area. I would very much enjoy living in a yurt (Mongolian style tent) with platform and basic cooking facilities. I would supply and build the yurt and find all materials; you would have the land. It would be a fun situation for someone or a family interested in sharing ideas on sustainability while experimenting with low-energy living.
