Hi,
 
I'm looking to lease a large powered workshop/shed preferbly within 1 hour from Joondalup (I would also consider one on a rural property).
 
The workshop must be atleast 12m Long by 5m wide, Be fully enclosed, secure, powered (consumption paid by me of course), accessable within reasonable time and be used for working on my cars (Roughly 3-4 at any given time, depending what's happening with them).
 
I am willing to pay upto $100 p/week, aswell as a bond and an advance If you would like. I'm looking for a lease with a minimum of 6 months, prefferbly with the option for alot longer.
