Hi, my self and partner are finding it a little hard to get into the buying frenzy, When it is so hard to get loans these days. So sucking up and being honest is probably my next best go. 
 
 My partner had a house which was sold at the start of the year. We would of kept it but it was with his ex and she wanted to sell. i have a $10,000 deposit. I am currently on centrelink benifits and my fiance is a Bricklayer. At the moment i we can affort $350 plus rates and crap when they come through.
 
I no you can buy a new house for $325 a week through homebuyers but its just getting that damn loan!
 
We have 3 children 4,3 and 12 weeks, and i would love for the kids not to have to keep moving and to be able to grow up in the one area. I dont care how little or what the condition is in the house as my fiance is a handy man :) im looking in the clarkson area well anywhere up this way if you could help me out please email me.
