Hi, My partner and I seek short term accommadation i.e room/studio from 9/11/09 to 14/12/09. During this period we will have at least 10 days holiday in which we wont be there but are willing to still pay the rent for those vacant days. Our lease is at an end and require somewhere in a suburb close to the city with train station access, for our final weeks in Perth.

We are both in our mid-twentys, easy going and most freindly. We would only consider the cleanest most tidy housemates to share with, as we are. We are both non-smokers but would consider sharing with a smoker, as we all have our pleasures in life.
